📞 Call Us NowEvery TCH home comes with beds and mattresses, bedding, dressers, sofas, a dining table and chairs, a fully stocked kitchen (cookware, dishes, utensils, coffee maker), and a TV in the living area. Your crew walks in with a bag and nothing else is needed.
Most properties are available within 24–48 hours of confirmed booking. For larger crews or custom setups, lead time may be 3–5 business days. We always confirm a move-in date before you sign anything.
All of them — electricity, water, gas, trash, and high-speed WiFi. You pay one flat monthly rate and never receive a separate utility bill. There are no caps or overages; the price you’re quoted is the price you pay.
We schedule regular cleaning visits for common areas and coordinate lawn mowing and trimming on a set cadence. You don’t manage or schedule any of it — just let your account manager know if you need a reschedule.
Both. We offer flexible month-to-month arrangements for crews with variable timelines as well as discounted rates for longer commitments (3, 6, or 12+ months). We understand job timelines shift — we work with you, not against you.
Our properties range from 3-bedroom homes (4–6 people) to larger 5–6 bedroom houses (8–12 people). For crews larger than 12, we can place multiple properties within the same neighborhood or complex and still bill you on a single invoice.
